What is the Corefield Handover Program?
It’s where the work happens. Over nine to eighteen months, your own people take over what used to need you. It ends with the Three-Week Test and a certified Handover Score.
Who does the work?
Your people. We set the targets, put them in the right order, and keep everyone to the dates. Instructions written by an outsider sit in a drawer. Instructions written by the people who do the job get used.
Nobody is being replaced. The only person whose role shrinks is you, and only in the parts of the business that shouldn’t need you.

Whatever takes longest starts first. That often means licences.
How does it run?
In three stages. First we agree the targets and book the date of your three weeks away. Then your people take over, piece by piece, with shorter breaks for you along the way. Finally comes the Three-Week Test and the new score.
We meet you regularly, and bring in your accountant and other advisors when it helps. There are agreed points where either of us can stop.
How much of my time does it take?
Some, every week. The program only works if you do what you agree to do. If that stops happening, we’ll talk about it honestly and decide together whether to carry on.
Will my business end up depending on Corefield instead?
No. That would defeat the point. We step back on a set schedule as your people take over.
Who is it for?
Owners who know what needs to change and want it done, usually after a Handover Score or Handover Plan. It suits businesses bringing in about $2 million a year or more. Smaller businesses can work on a narrower scope.
What does it cost?
A fixed monthly fee, agreed in writing before we start. It depends on the size of the business and how closely we’re involved. If you’ve done the Handover Plan, its fee is credited toward the start of the program.
What do I have at the end?
A business that has run for three weeks without you, a signed record to prove it, your before-and-after scores, and a Handover Certificate. And a real choice about what comes next.
